The module CAN-PCI/200 is a PC board designed for the PCI bus.

CAN Interface

The ISO 11898 compliant, opto-isolated CAN interfaces allow a data transfer rate of 1 Mbit/ and the ability to set the bit rate by software.

Software Support

Software drivers are available for Windows, Linux and QNX. Drivers for other operating systems are available as well. Like all low cost CAN PC boards, there are restrictions in comfort and data reliability with the CAN-PCI/200 due to the simple design of these boards. Please note: The performance of the host CPU may limit the maximum effective CAN bit rate value because this is a passive CAN module without a microcontroller on-board.
