Wilfred Voss –
esd electronics, Inc.
Wilfried Voss is the President of esd electronics, Inc., a company specializing
in CAN technology. The company is located in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Mr. Voss
has worked in the CAN industry since 1997 and before that was a specialist in
the paper industry. He has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the
University of Wuppertal in Germany.
Mr.
Voss conducts seminars and technical workshops on CAN and CANopen at Real Time
Embedded and Computing Conferences (RTECC), ISA (Instrumentation, Systems, and
Automation Society) conferences and at other events all over the United States
and Canada. He is also the author of the book, A Comprehensible Guide to
Controller Area Network.
After
traveling the world extensively, he settled in New England in 1989. He presently
lives in an old farmhouse in Greenfield, Massachusetts with his Irish-American
wife and their son, Patrick.
Joey Stubbs –
EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG)
The
North American representative for the EtherCAT Technology Group, Joey Stubbs
holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South
Carolina, as well as several other technical degrees. He has over 25 years of
industrial experience with a focus in motion control and process. Joey is a
registered Professional Engineer (PE) and a registered Project Management
Professional (PMP).
James Ingraham
– Sage Automation
Mr.
Ingraham is the Controls Team Leader at Sage Automation, a gantry robot
manufacturer and Fanuc Robotics integrator. James has twenty years of computer
networking and programming experience, including over a decade in automation and
industrial networks.
